Shrungar Center was established by Mr. Balasaheb Pacharne with a vision to create a specialty store exclusively for cosmetics. Before founding the Shrungar Center, Mr. Balasaheb Pacharle worked as a marketing manager, where he noticed that there were no stores dedicated solely to cosmetics and beauty products, which formed only a small part of the overall sales volume in other shops. Inspired by this observation, he transformed his idea into a specialized cosmetics store and established the Shrungar Center in Shirur, Pune.

His bold step and innovative approach to organizing a wide variety of cosmetics garnered significant attention, earning him features in numerous news articles. As a result,  Mr. Balasaheb Pacharle successfully made his store shine in the marketplace.
